We are currently seeking an Integration Consultant to join our Integration team. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world’s most dynamic and fastest-growing sector. 

The Integration Consultant is responsible for implementing, and maintaining integration solutions that allow various software applications to communicate seamlessly. They will work closely with internal and external resources including project managers, IT staff, third parties and clients to deliver customizable data integration solutions. As needed, this role will perform client-specific product configurations using various tools. This involves setting up software components to meet specific requirements.

Competitive Profile

• 3 years providing technical support for business applications.

• Software/SaaS experience

• Knowledge of OpenInvoice application and the associated business function

• Familiar with Oil and Gas accounting

• Familiar with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software structure and functionality

• Proficiency with integration methods such as webMethods and REST APIs

• Experience with structured data (XSD, XML, XSL, JSON, etc.)

• Previous experience with Soap, REST APIs, SSL as well as RNIF

• Software and application troubleshooting skills

• Familiar with programming languages like SQL, Java, Python and .Net

• Windows/Windows Server, Microsoft 365 suite of products and MacOS knowledge

• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Able to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Solid organizational skills including diligence and multi-tasking skills to meet deadlines and manage critical client situations.

• Works collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment

• Work independently in fast-paced settings

• Timely delivery of projects within established deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Cloud Computing, or equivalent relevant work experience

  Performance Objectives

• Perform integration consulting and configuration with a full understanding of client’s requirements.

• Performs quality assurance testing of configurations and client data.

• Provide timely and high-quality technical support to clients.

• Resolve issues related to technical file formats, data requirements, and business functions.

• Implement new clients who utilize third-party solution providers for their integration solutions.

• Assist clients with sample code, configuration, debugging, prepare test cases, etc.

• Support other internal departments by determining their requirements, recommending changes, and instructing internal users about the various integration interfaces.

• Acts as an operational intermediary between client-facing teams and internal product/development teams for issues related to data integration lifecycle

• Performs other activities as requested.

• Travel as required to fulfill duties of this job description. Other regular travel will include conferences and meetings as requested.
